Placing an order with Alaula through this website you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done so in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.

Any personal information that Alaula collects will be kept strictly confidential by the Alaula team and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned by Alaula.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways you have not consented to. We will only contact you to provide details of your transactions with us.

Payments

After you submit your order, payment will be made through the website you ordered our Alaula clothing from, using the methods on the website.
Alaula only uses safe and secure payment options.



Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return within 14  days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition ( Tags, attached, unwashed, no perfume, smells or odours
and unworn)
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer and we will take no responsibility for lost items that do not reach us.



Refunds
No refund on sales item unless otherwise stated. Regarding return conditions, the returned item is undamaged and in the same condition it was sent to the customer; All refunds are made within 30 days of the item being returned.

Faulty Goods
Goods are only considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault. All our garments go through a thorough check before they leave our premises, garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty
If our garment is considered a fault of the company we will refund the full price of the garment, or on request a new garment will be sent to our customer.
